Requirements:
You must generate a Certificate Signing
Request (CSR) on your webserver. When you have created your CSR you may
continue with the enrollment.
NOTE:
Please ensure that the Common Name (CN) in your CSR is ONE of the
following:
- your Fully Qualified Domain
Name (e.g. "secure.yourdomain.com")
- your Public IP address (e.g.
"202.144.8.10")
- the Full Server Name of your
internal server (e.g. "techserver")
- your Private IP address (e.g.
"192.168.0.1")
1) Copy of utilities bill
(Tax/Electricity/Water/Gas/Telephone)
2) Bank statement
3) Cheque contains your company name and address. The documents should
be in any of the following formats: .jpg, .gif,
.pdf, .efx or .bmp. Please provide the order number or the domain name
you have applied for the certificate along with
the document. Fax these validation documentation to: +6 866-86-6867 or
+6 866-666-8866 marked F.A.O. Operations. You can
also email the documentation as an attachment to docs@comodo.com
We would request to
provide us with one or more of the following documentation to assist in
our verification.
1) Articles of Incorporation (with address)
2) Business License (with address)
If you
do not have access to the above documentation, we would ask that you
supply:
1) Trading License (with address)
2) Copy of utilities bill/bank statement/ cheque containing your company
name and address
3) Duns Number
If you
do not have access to ANY of the above documentation, we would ask that
you supply:
Documentation of your trading name and address and whom you are, this
could be a combination of your driving license or passport and a bank
statement addressed to you as your fictitious/trading name, or similar
combinations.
If the documents are not in English, we would ask you to please supply a
copy of the original documents and an English translation signed and
with the following statement on it "I hereby declare this translation to
be true and accurate".
Kindly also ensure that the whois details
of the given domain matches the address details in the account, if not
then please update the whois.
